Chula Vista Cable Not Affected by California Fires
BROOMFIELD, Colo., Nov 01, 2007 - NexHorizon Communications, Inc. (NXHZ) announced today Chula Vista and National City cable systems have not been affected by the fires in Southern California. According to company officials, employees are back to work with no system damage or outages reported.

NexHorizon previously announced that it has entered into definitive purchase agreements to acquire the two cable systems, passing more then 40,000 homes. The acquisition will close pending receipt of final audits and transfer of the franchise agreements.
NexHorizon management continues to work with other acquisition targets to meet its strategic business plan objectives.
